"Fab, fab, fab! The Boulder's Beach trip was great. Close-ups with whales, encounters with penguins, exciting conditions and great and humourous leadership, this was a trip we will remember for a long time."

"Sea kayaking was a fantastic experience. It was physically challenging but we had an excellent guide who gave me excellent tips on how I can kayak more efficiently. Even when I fell a bit behind I was never discouraged because Derek never went far from my side and encouraged me when I got tired. Excellent scenery from the kayaks and it was fantastic to get another view of the penguins from the kayaks. The short break on the beach was also very peaceful, while we relaxed our muscles we were able to sit on the rocks and listen to the ocean crashing. Thanks so much for a fantastic trip!"

As first time paddlers Saturday was perfect, the sea I mill pond and the passing scenery stunning, even the penguins danced for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and look forward to further adventures with your company

I want to thank you for the wonderfull trip to the Penguins on the 25th of January. I like to thank you for your humorous kind of guiding us to the Boulders and I hope, that I can join you at a trip during the whale season... then... one time.

In one word: FUN!! Spend the morning on the high seas with the penguins and seals, you won't even realise it's exercise until it's over. Highly recommended,

The morning sea kayak adventure was the highlight of my time around Cape Town! We saw penguins, seals and even a whale!! Our guide was fun, the group was small and the views from the kayak spectacular. It felt like a much more real and personal encounter with animals and a relaxed view of the breathtaking scenery. Thank you for a wonderful morning!

The outing was part of my wife Linda's 60th birthday present and it was worth every cent. We both enjoyed every minute, and for Linda it was an ambition that exceeded her every expectation. It was just cloudy enough to add character to the light, Derek was a great guide, and apart from a mild swell, it was great paddling weather. Quite an experience gliding through the kelp fields, being able to see the stems of the kelp swaying up from the sand clearly visible below one; watching the many starfish scuttling about. And also a very different experience loitering near the bullnose, watching a submarine lining up to enter, with the big tug standing by and the harbour walls looming up nearby, while seals sported beneath them. It was a real pleasure not to be hustled along, navigating our way leisurely through the rocks of Boulders, getting the feel of the craft, and just soaking up the experience. As neither Linda nor myself have felt any of the expected stiffness, I guess it won't be long before we have another go.
